- Take financial records
- Review and upload incoming and outgoing invoices
- Cross checking and correcting inaccuracies in invoices
- Manage petty cash on site
- Contacting clients regarding transactions
- Perform duties assigned by the finance manager
- Track truck driver daily trip activity
- Monthly payroll preparation
- Prepares petty cash expense report weekly
- Take daily attendance of staff
- Carryout any other duty assigned
Qualifications
- University degree in Accounting, Banking and finance course or any other related field of study.
- At least 1 year experience in similar role
- Preferably male applicants
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or any related field
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Experience with financial data entry and reconciliation of accounts.
- Ability to prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with handling invoices, tracking expenses, and processing payments is desirable.
- Proactive Attitude/Smart: candidates should be able to anticipate needs and take initiative to support the site managers effectively.
- Good Time management skill.
