Job Description

• We are hiring a Senior Lab Technician to lead and manage laboratory operations across multiple sites.


• This role requires a team-oriented leader with strong computer and analytical skills to ensure high-quality testing standards for construction materials like soil, concrete, and asphalt.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train lab staff in conducting accurate tests on materials, maintaining a team-oriented environment.


• Ensure precise recording of test results and uphold compliance with quality standards.


• Keep the laboratory in line with accreditation standards, demonstrating attention to detail.


• Oversee calibration and maintenance of lab equipment.


• Compile and accurately input testing data for reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree / HND in Civil Engineering, Technology, or Geosciences.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction lab testing (soil, asphalt, concrete).


• Strong computer skills and high attention to detail.
