Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures.


• Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements in the fintech sector.


• Conduct audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance.


• Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance issues.


• Collaborate with regulatory bodies and manage compliance reporting.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a compliance role, preferably in fintech or financial services.


• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for money transfer operations.


• Excellent analytical and communication skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
