Job Summary
- The Sales Merchandiser will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling ourclient'sBNPL product directly to customers at point-of-sale locations.
- This role requires engaging customers, explaining the benefits of our client's BNPL solution, assisting them through the checkout process, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualification & Requirments
- Minimum of SSCE / OND in relevant fields
Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or customer service roles.
- Experience with financial products, especially BNPL services, is an advantage.
Skills:
- Strong sales and persuasion skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using mobile devices and familiarity with digital applications.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
Training & Development:
- Comprehensive training on the BNPL product and checkout platform.
- Ongoing coaching and support to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
