Responsibilities




  • Making outbound calls to customers

  • Sending emails for In/outbound calls (customers' complaint) to concerns party and ensure all complains are resolve appropriately

  • Follow up with customers on complains resolution

  • Document and record all in/outbound calls

  • Prepare KYC reports for sales representative and follow with KYS progress report

  • Update new account online via the customer card platform

  • Attending to salesmen enquiries on KYCs & providing them necessary document on customer data based on request

  • Follow up with sales rep via phone /email on missing customer contact and update on the work excel sheet

  • Regular extraction of customer data online to update KYC template in case of any changes done by either forecast team or sales coordinators

  • Providing necessary customer’s document for litigation



Requirements




  • First Degree (HND/B.Sc.) in any discipline

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with attention to details

  • The candidate must have at least 1– 2years relevant working experience

  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, word and PowerPoint etc.)

  • Ability to understand customer’s needs & resolve issues related to customer’s complaint

  • Fluent in speaking of English & Yoruba.
