General objective 



Managing financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills, a thorough understanding of accounting principles, and a commitment to accuracy.



RESPONSABILITIES AND TASKS




  1. Prepare, analyze, and maintain financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and company policies.

  2. Manage and oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

  3. Maintain and update financial records and databases.

  4. Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking.

  5. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

  6. Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts.

  7. Conduct comprehensive analysis of sales, costs, and inventory to provide insights that drive profitability.

  8. Collaborate with the operations team to oversee inventory management and ensure that stock valuations are accurate.

  9. Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate financial data and analysis.

  10. Assist with the preparation and submission of tax filings, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

  11. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations as well as internal policies.

  12. Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process.

  13. Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management and stakeholders.

  14. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations.

  15. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.

  16. Any other task assigned by line manager.



REQUIERED SKILLS




  1. Language skills – English is essential.

  2. Education degree – Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  3. Work experience – 4 years of Accounting experience (preferably in manufacturing).

  4. Computer skills – MS Word, MS Excel & Outlook



Other required skills; 




  1. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).

  2. Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and accounting standards.

  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  7. CPA designation or working towards one is a plus.
