- Inputting customer enrolment issue on the appropriate sheet for resolution where needs is require.
- Attending to customer queries on Reward App an escalating where necessary.
- Provide needed assitance to the customer service executives at various stores.
- Provide marketing support when required.
- Prepare report base on calls and email.
- Prepare weekely and monthly report on calls and email.
