Job Description

• Our company is seeking a skilled Flight Management Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional to provide support towards delivery of efficient hospitality services with respect to international travels.

Responsibilities

• Provision of local and international tickets for the organization, following through to completion for end-to-end Ticket Solutions.


• ⁠Provide details for reporting on ticket expenditure to guide management in decision and policy making on how to manage spending on travels.


• ⁠Monitor flight time change and communicate same to travelers and support teams: Protocol, Land Transport, Security


• ⁠Ensures that issued tickets are fully utilized to increase cost saving and reduce wastage


• ⁠Work with company approved vendor to come up with best route and most cost effective fares for every travel request


• ⁠Generates invoice WCC for tickets,Visas and other travel services
