Our client is a Nigerian Law Firm for investment and financing transactions based in Lekki, Lagos.



The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing strategies, has a data-driven approach, and is skilled in using various online marketing channels to drive engagement and conversions. You will play a key role in developing, implementing, and optimizing digital campaigns across different channels, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC. 



Responsibilities:




  • Plan, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

  • Build and manage WordPress websites.

  • Create, curate, and schedule content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to increase brand visibility and engagement.

  • Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and manage PPC campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) to improve search engine rankings and drive targeted traffic.

  • Develop, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated email sequences.

  • Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging blog posts, articles, and other content that aligns with marketing goals and SEO strategies.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other reporting tools. Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Update website content and landing pages using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), ensuring the site is optimized for performance and SEO.

  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and suggest improvements to stay ahead in the industry.

  • Work closely with the creative, sales, and product teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.



Person Specification:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or other digital marketing qualification

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and measurable results.

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media advertising platforms.

  • Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).

  • Understanding of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creative thinking with the ability to generate new ideas and solve problems.
