Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management:




  • Supervise, mentor, and guide the HR team, promoting professional development and setting performance standards.

  • Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment with HR goals and address any issues proactively.

  • Act as a point of escalation for HR-related queries and issues, providing support to the team on complex cases.



Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:




  • Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.

  • Manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the organization.



Employee Relations and Engagement:




  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring timely and effective conflict resolution.

  • Promote a positive workplace culture by organizing and supporting engagement and recognition programs.



Performance Management:




  • Facilitate performance review processes, working closely with managers to ensure fair evaluations and goal-setting.

  • Support employee development through training programs, coaching, and continuous feedback.



Data Management and Reporting:




  • Maintain accurate employee records and oversee the HR database to ensure data integrity.



Strategic Support:




  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Support change management initiatives and communicate HR strategy to employees effectively.



Qualifications




  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related social science fields. CIPM or SHRM certification is a plus.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.



Skills:




  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities

  • Proficiency in HR software and data management tools

  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and best practices

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
