- Sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and developing plans for purchasing
- Managing customers’/suppliers’ relationship
- Evaluating suppliers and materials to ensure they meet the organization's needs
- Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations
- Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw & packaging materials
- Ensuring management of various orders/requests from the user departments
- Material Requirement planning for all products
- Ensures availability of raw & packaging materials to meet factory budget
- Periodical review of suppliers’ performance
- Conducting supplier’s audit in conjunction with the Quality department
- Any other duties as assigned by the Asst. Procurement Manager or Procurement Manager.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum Educational Requirement : BSc/HND – Business Related Course, CIPSMN is an added advantage
- Minimum Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
Required competency and work skills:
- Good communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Good initiative
- Must be computer literate
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Good interpersonal skill.
