Description

• We are looking for technically skilled candidate with good problem-solving abilities for the position of IT Support.


• The duties include being a point of contact for all IT related questions at the user level, responding to user needs in a timely manner, and ensuring the optimal running of all systems, among other duties.

Responsibilities

• Resolving IT support requests from employees


• Answering employee questions regarding computer systems


• Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems


• Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues


• Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed


• Update employees on the status of their service requests


• Manage all social media accounts.


• Create content (do grahpics and shoot video)


• Come up with innovative and creative advertisement campaigns.


• Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on the insights.

Requirements

• Experience in IT support and systems maintenance.


• 2 years experience


• Good knowledge of graphics design and digital marketing


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Good interpersonal skills.


• Attention to detail.


• Good problem-solving skills.


• The ideal candidate must be an academic graduate


• Must have completed NYSC.
