Job Summary:

An experienced Strategy and project executive with a background in project management functions. This is integral in the timely implementation of strategic initiatives, optimising business operations and ensuring the successful execution of key projects across the organisation.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Execution

• Develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth, operational efficiency and competitive advantage.


• Analyse market trends, industry developments, and internal performance data to inform strategic decisions.


• Identify opportunities for business expansion, innovation and improvement.


• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and refine strategic business objectives.

Operational Management

• Lead the optimisation of business processes and operational workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.


• Oversee the optimisation of operational policies, procedures and best practices.


• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.


• Foster a culture of excellence and accountability.

Project Management

• Ensure the successful delivery of projects.


• Develop and maintain project management standards, methodologies and tools.


• Provide guidance and support to project teams.


• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with departments to ensure strategic alignment and operational effectiveness.


• Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to achieve common goals and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.


• 2-4 years' experience in Strategic Operations, Project Management, and other related roles.


• Proficiency in project management software and tools


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.


• High level or adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.


• Record of driving business growth operational excellence and successful project delivery

Pay: ₦280,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
