We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand our market presence for Kaeser air compressors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, a deep understanding of industrial air compressor systems, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand the customer base for Kaeser and Mobil air compressors.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target industries, including manufacturing, construction, automotive, and more.
Requirements
B.Eng./HND electrical/mechanical engineering is a must.
7-8 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the industrial equipment or machinery industry, with a focus on air compressors or related products.
Strong understanding of compressed air systems, including compressor technologies, controls, and applications.
