Responsibilities




  • Prepare, scan, and archive key project documents.

  • Collect, analyse, and publish project performance data using MS Excel.

  • Organize communications, visits, and travel arrangements for the project team.

  • Create and maintain essential project documents.

  • Assist in preparing and distributing bi-weekly/monthly progress reports and ensure documentation is properly filed.

  • Compile and prepare project and technical documentation for client submissions.

  • Support Project Managers and the Head of Projects with general and ad hoc tasks.

  • Expedite documentation to ensure timely submissions and flag potential risks to mitigate project delays.

  • Help maintain and update project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and potential delays are communicated.

  • Ensure project information is up-to-date on internal systems, paying attention to project delivery dates.

  • Coordinate project meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing them.

  • Handle general administrative tasks for the Project Management team as needed.



Academic Qualifications




  • Candidates should possess an HND / University Degree in Business, Engineering, or closely related field



Requirements:




  • Proficient in MS Office: Especially Excel and Word.

  • Excellent communication skills: Both written and verbal.

  • Good organizational skills: With experience in administration.

  • Effective time management: Able to prioritize tasks.

  • Good interpersonal skills: A team player.
