KEY RESPONSIBILITIES




  • SEO & Content Creation: Write and optimize content for web pages, blog posts, and social media to improve search engine rankings and drive engagement.

  • Graphic Design: Create basic visual content for digital marketing channels (social media posts, email templates, website assets).

  • Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

  • Market Research: Analyze trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights to optimize future initiatives.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION




  • Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in a marketing role

  • Must possess a degree from a reputable school.

  • Must have a proven track record of success in managing a demanding workload and meeting tight deadlines.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.

  • Strong analytical and exceptional problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain a high level of accuracy.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and the ability to take charge, set objectives, and drive results.

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in sales and customer service management and familiarity with the latest trends, and technologies.

  • Must have excellent Internet connection, working laptop, and ability to adjust work hours to Central Standard Time (Between 9 am - 5 pm CST / 4 pm -12 am WAT).
