Job Summary

• Inventory manager oversees the inventory levels of business,he leads a team of inventory officers to receive and record new stock as it's delivered and issued out.


• The team duties include recording daily deliveries, evaluating new shipments, and analyzing different suppliers, determining selling price of new stock dependent on change of cost price to maintain business profitability.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will handle the below task:

• Receive, inspect, Document and Store.


• Issue goods to the shelf and help with arranging and displaying goods in an orderly system within the stock location system for easy retrievals


• Record and track stock levels


• Monitor the distribution of stock items.


• Maintain stock records manually on excel and on busy software system in place.


• Ensures that goods/stocks stay physically protected in the storage


• Monitor goods for expiration dates


• To undertake the function of stock taking and confirm the period stock regularly by working closing with the designated staff members.


• To supervise the offloading/loading process, and the subsequent arrangement of the items, to ensure ease of access and identification items.


• Responsible for preparing the reports and adjustments done to inventory that are issued daily to the main store.


• Keep and maintain records of receipts as well as the issuance of items that are going out of the stores to ensure accuracy and completeness


• To be involved in the reconciliation of physical stock with the stock in the system.


• Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and system records.


• Recruit and train new employees


• Coordinate deliveries or order pickups.
