Responsibilities

• Menu Design and adherence to recipes, measurements and costs.


• Prepare Pizza / Shawarma to meet customer satisfaction.


• Create new pastry recipes for the Company


• Ensure machines and equipment’s are properly cleaned, serviced, stored, and in good condition always.


• Ensures that production materials are fresh and in good condition, before production for customer consumption


• Requisition and documentation of necessary store items


• Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and ensure kitchen is always clean


• Adherence strictly to standard recipe for each product.


• Ensure the proper storage and condition of food items after requisition


• Ensure exceptional food presentation at all times.


• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote customer experience.

Requirements

• Candidates must have a minimum of SSCE qualification.


• Candidates must have 2 - 3 years experience as a shawarma / pizza chef.


• Candidates must be a team player.


• Candidates must possess good customer service skills.
