  • The Facility Manager oversees the operation, maintenance, and management of company facilities to ensure they are safe, efficient, and well-maintained.

  • This role includes managing budgets, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

  • The Facility Manager works closely with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure facilities meet operational needs.



Key Responsibilities




  • Oversee day-to-day operations of facility management, including maintenance, cleaning, and security.

  • Manage budgets, track expenses, and negotiate with vendors for services.

  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.

  •  Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

  • Coordinate space planning and optimize facility layout as needed.

  • Respond to facility-related emergencies and manage repairs or renovations.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.

  • Proven experience in facility management or related role.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
