Qualifications

• 3+ years minimum experience in the technical solar sales field.


• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in sales.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to excel in both formal and informal market environments.


• Background or interest in the energy or sustainability sector is preferred.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.


• High level of self-motivation with a proactive approach to generating new business.


• Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and solar modeling tools.


• Demonstrated understanding of Business Development, Energy audit and design, Project Management processes, strategies and methods.


• Experience reading and understanding technical specifications.
