The Litigation Clerk Assistant (NYSC) will support the Litigation department in daily administrative tasks and activities. The ideal candidate is a motivated and enthusiastic NYSC member with an interest in Litigation Administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation and organization of legal documents for case proceedings.
Maintain and update case files and records.
Liaise with court officials, and other parties involved in cases.
Support Lawyers in trial preparation and case management.
Handle administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and scheduling meetings.
Requirements:
Must be a current NYSC member serving or eligible to serve in Lagos.
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or any other management courses
Good understanding of legal terminology and processes.
Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
