Job Summary: 




  • The Human Resource Assistant (NYSC) will support the HR department in daily administrative tasks and activities. The ideal candidate is a motivated and enthusiastic NYSC member with an interest in human resources and talent management.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.

  • Support the onboarding process by preparing materials and coordinating orientation sessions.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Provide assistance with training and development programs.

  • Handle general HR inquiries and assist in resolving employee issues.

  • Contribute to the organization of company events and employee engagement activities.

  • Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned.



Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Must be a current NYSC member looking for a primary place of assignment (PPA).

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.

  • A proactive and team-oriented approach to work.
