The Human Resource Assistant (NYSC) will support the HR department in daily administrative tasks and activities. The ideal candidate is a motivated and enthusiastic NYSC member with an interest in human resources and talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
Support the onboarding process by preparing materials and coordinating orientation sessions.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Provide assistance with training and development programs.
Handle general HR inquiries and assist in resolving employee issues.
Contribute to the organization of company events and employee engagement activities.
Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Must be a current NYSC member looking for a primary place of assignment (PPA).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
