Responsibilities:

• Execute day-to-day Molding production operations to meet production requirement.


• Hold accountability for production output and quality.


• Ensure good Housekeeping in plant and to ensure up keeping of machinery.


• Ensure adherence to quality and EHS system as per organization requirement.


• Work closely with quality personnel to review product consistency.


• Suggestion for improvement in process in terms of quantity, quality and safety.


• Ensure to work in safe manner and in safe environment in the molding plant.


• Take all the efforts to minimize the generation of hazardous waste and ensure its disposal.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

• Total Experience: 2-4years (Relevant 1-2 years independently handling molding).


• Executes for Excellent Results.


• Drives Change and Innovation.


• Working knowledge of Molding process and molding plant equipment.


• Working knowledge of quality control and assurance procedures.


• Able to read, write, comprehend and communicate written or verbal instructions policies and procedures.
