Job Responsibilities:




  • Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure profitable deals.

  • Set and track sales goals and implement strategies to drive growth.

  • Act as a point of contact between the company and customers, responding to inquiries and resolving objections.

  • Gather market and customer information to understand needs and create proposal documents.

  • Inspect inventory and ensure product quality, providing accurate quotations and cost calculations.

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns and monitor their effectiveness.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction and retention.

  • Prepare daily updates and comprehensive monthly reports on sales and marketing activities.

  • Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback to improve products and services.

  • Manage customer databases and segment audiences for targeted marketing campaigns.

  • Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.



Required Qualifications:




  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing roles.

  • Must reside in Lekki and Ajah axis

  • Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.

  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilities.

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team, with a commitment to customer service and professionalism.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
