Key Responsibilities

• Technology Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive tech strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.


• Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering team to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.


• Innovation: Drive innovation in product development, ensuring the company stays at the forefront of fintech advancements.


• Scalability: Oversee the architecture and scalability of the company’s platforms to support rapid growth and user demands.


• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate technology-related risks, ensuring robust security protocols and compliance.


• Collaboration: Work closely with other C-level executives to align technical initiatives with business goals.


• Budget Oversight: Manage and optimize the technology budget to ensure efficient use of resources.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in tech roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity, preferably in the fintech sector.


• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of modern tech stacks, cloud solutions, data security practices, and fintech product development.


• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead diverse tech teams and cultivate a culture of innovation.


• Problem Solving: Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.


• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
