  • Our client is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team in Nigeria.

  • This role is pivotal in executing the company's HR strategy within the Commercial & Marketing Function.

  • As the primary contact for this function, you will drive HR strategy relating to talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, and performance management.

  • Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the company's HR strategic and operational plan in support of business objectives.

  • Drive HR strategy within the Commercial & Marketing Function

  • Develop and execute long-term and short-term HR strategies

  • Provide professional advice and tools in all areas of Human Resources



What you'll do




  • As a Human Resources Business Partner, your role will be instrumental in developing and executing both long-term and short-term HR strategies that directly support and enable functional business objectives.

  • You will be responsible for crafting HR solutions in the context of a dynamic business environment, driving a high-performance culture, and achieving results through strong leadership skills.

  • Your ability to generate functional talent pipelines within assigned functions will be key to ensuring the company's success.

  • Develop an operational plan to execute the company's Human Resources strategy

  • Acquire knowledge of assigned functions to ensure that HR solutions are crafted in a dynamic business environment

  • Contribute to the implementation of planning activities such as Talent Reviews, Employee Surveys and other HR initiatives

  • Ensure the generation of functional talent pipelines within assigned functions

  • Drive a high-performance culture in assigned Functions by enhancing company values and behaviours

  • Achieve results through strong leadership skills resulting in highly motivated and effective teams
