Responsibilities

• Prepare WCC using field ticket/report from various work sites and send to account for Service Entry.


• Supervise and provide leadership to a team of slickline operators. This includes scheduling, planning training, and performance management


• Ensure all slickline operations are conducted in compliance with company safety policies and industry regulations. Implement safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and prevent accidents.


• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding slickline operations.


• Communicate effectively to understand client needs, provide updates on job progress, and address any concerns or issues.


• Managing project scope, progress changes control, escalating where necessary and providing project status report


• Support Technical/commercial Tender Preparation


• Attend and contribute in clients’ operations/safety meetings


• Ensure successful deployment of the crew, equipment and materials to locations


• Give clear interpretation of Contract Agreement and ensure compliance to contract terms and conditions.


• Ensure cost Management in execution of contract and efficiency in management of contract


• Follow up client on our invoices and services entry.


• Ensure that all spare part (foreign and local) are in stock.

Qualifications

• Minimum of B.Sc/HND., B.Engr. Degree,


• Masters and Member of a professional body


• will be an added advantage


• Minimum Experience: 8-10 years’ experience in Slickline Operations
