Job Summary

• We are seeking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to support our agency's growth by enhancing purchasing efficiency, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the highest standards in our procurement processes.


• The ideal candidates will manage purchasing activities, from supplier selection to inventory optimisation, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Evaluate spending operations, identifying ways to improve product quality, delivery times, and inventory management.


• Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players and vendors.


• Research and evaluate prospective suppliers to identify reliable partners.


• Ensure that vendor contracts align with company culture, strategic goals, and cost-saving efforts.


• Review, compare, analyze, and approve items for purchase to meet company standards.


• Finalize purchase details, including order specifics and delivery schedules, to ensure timely fulfillment.


• Ensure procured goods meet relevant health, safety, and environmental guidelines.


• Plan and deliver procurement projects within specified deadlines and budget constraints.


• Source reliable vendors and negotiate advantageous prices for the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.


• Proven experience in procurement, preferably within the advertising or creative industries.


• Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship management.


• Knowledge of inventory management practices and procurement software.


• Results-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.


• Analytical mindset with the ability to make strategic procurement decisions.
