Job Description

• The Unit Manager is responsible for leading a team of insurance agents to achieve sales goals, enhance customer service, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. This role involves recruiting, mentoring and training of the agents, managing operational processes, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the unit. 


• Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a team of insurance agents or representatives. Set performance goals and monitor progress against targets.


• Training and development: Train new employees on products, processes and compliance requirements. Customer Relationship Management, Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries nd resolving issues effectively.
