We are seeking a dedicated and organized Facility Manager to oversee and manage the maintenance, security, and day-to-day operations of our school facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure our physical spaces are safe, well-maintained, and conducive to learning.
Responsibilities:
Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness to ensure a safe environment for students and staff
Manage and supervise facility-related vendors, contractors, and cleaning staff
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Monitor the school's equipment and infrastructure, planning for repairs or upgrades as needed
Coordinate and monitor utility services and consumption to optimize resources
Plan and oversee facility-related budgets, minimizing costs where possible
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Facility Manager or in a similar role
Knowledge of facility maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
