Key Responsibilities:




  • Proactively identify and engage with new clients to expand our reach and enrollments.

  • Conduct consultations and product demonstrations to highlight the benefits of our training programs.

  • Convert leads into enrolled students by understanding their needs and recommending suitable solutions.

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective follow-up and relationship management.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies and campaigns.

  • Track sales metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

  • Deliver top-notch customer service, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all clients.



Requirements




  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within digital marketing, training, or education sectors.

  • A BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven track record in B2B and B2C sales.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly in high-volume environments.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software is a plus.
