About the Position

• We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to help shape the future of our product experience.


• Sitting in the product team you will work extensively with product, growth and our engineering team to understand our user base, and work to improve business needs, related requirements and technical constraints.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and product development processes


• Clearly communicate design decisions to a wide range of stakeholders.


• Create user ows, design documentation, prototypes, design assets, and other UX deliverables


• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process ows and sitemaps


• Conduct testing and evaluation to validate and verify application enhancements to offer the best human-system interaction experience.


• Plan and conduct user research and user testing


• Draft and document the user interface standards and styling guidelines


• Synthesise requirements from existing functionality, customer input, brainstormed ideas, and direction from senior management.


• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1 - 5 years of experience.


• Professional Figma experience


• Working knowledge of Sketch


• Solid grasp of UI.


• Good knowledge of UX


• Understanding of user interface design.


• Proficient with product design


• Solid understanding of mobile design


• Familiarity with prototyping.


• Proficient with clickable prototypes


• Sound experience in sketching


• Understanding principles of usability


• Excellent knowledge of design research.


• Experience with rapid prototyping.


• Familiarity with site maps


• Experience using Adobe XD


• Excellent knowledge of typography.


• Demonstrated ability to work with Sitemaps.


• Understanding of user ows


• Solid grasp of design thinking.


• Experience with interaction design - Sound experience in color theory.


• Good knowledge of ui patterns.


• Solid understanding of ux research


• Understanding principles of usability testing.
