The Plumbing Technician is required in an MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Company with the sole responsibility of installing, repairing, and maintaining the plumbing systems in our Project sites, within buildings, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Responsibilities
System Installation: The Plumbing Technicians will install piping systems, fixtures, and other plumbing components for water supply, drainage, and gas distribution in our construction projects.
Maintenance and Repairs: He will troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, ensuring proper water flow, addressing leaks, fixing clogged pipes, and replacing faulty components.
System Inspections: Will perform regular inspection of plumbing systems to ensure they comply with building codes, safety standards, and company policies. He is also required to conduct preventive maintenance to extend the system's lifespan.
Collaboration with Other Trades: Will work closely with electrical and HVAC technicians to ensure smooth integration of all MEP systems within a building in every Project site.
Blueprint and Schematic Interpretation: He should have the ability and able to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to accurately install systems in accordance with project plans.
Safety and Compliance: Must ensure all work adheres to local plumbing codes and regulations while implementing company safety standards on-site.
Documentation: Must maintain accurate records of repairs, installations, and inspections, often through work orders or maintenance logbook.
