Job Responsibilities

The should be able to do the following;

• Read, interprete and design mechanical systems


• Read and interpreted HVAC design (Heat load calculation), duct sizing, chilled water design, VRF design etc.


• Read and interprete Firefighting design and equipment selection.


• Perform Plumbing design – water supply, drainage, storm water, gas piping.


• Do Water treatment plant design.


• Sewage treatment plant design.


• Preparation of method statement.


• Preparation of material approvals.


• Preparation of MTOs.


• Review of design or drawing.


• Preparation of material specifications.


• Supervision of construction.


• Preparation of detailed shop drawing.
