DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES




  • Lead design, development, and implementation of bancassurance offerings aligned with business goals, ensuring compliance and managing relationships with partners.

  • Conduct product-level analysis and monitoring to identify optimization opportunities, providing support and training to drive adoption and growth.

  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in bancassurance products and processes, serving as a subject matter expert and representing the team in meetings and presentations.

  • Build cordial working relations with bank staff, key stakeholders and partners at all levels.

  • Provide professional insurance advice to customers of bank to promote awareness and drive sales for Insurance partners.

  • Set and monitor clear objectives to achieve the agreed partnership targets for the Bank.

  • Implement coordinated processes to generate and track leads, and closed sales.

  • Facilitate trainings on an ongoing basis to ensure staff knowledge is optimal.

  • Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by the Unit head, Youth & Women Banking. 



JOB REQUIREMENTS



Education 




  • Minimum Education:  Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in product management or bancassurance within the financial services industry.

  • Fair understanding of bancassurance products, client interactions, and workflows, with experience managing insurance integrations.

  • Proven track record of successfully developing and launching bancassurance products, demonstrating analytical and communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
