Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives


• Lead and manage the HR team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities


• Foster positive employee relations, promoting engagement, diversity, and inclusion


• Design and implement talent management programs, including recruitment, succession planning, and performance management


• Collaborate with senior management on organizational development, change management, and policy implementation


• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies


• Analyze HR metrics and data to inform strategic decisions


• Manage employee communications, conflicts, and grievance resolution

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role


• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)


• Professional HR certification


• Proven track record of strategic HR leadership and team management


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills


• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities


• Familiarity with HRIS systems and labor laws


• Residence in Ikoyi, Yaba, Gbagada, or Surulere highly desirable
