- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the pool area, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a welcoming environment for guests.
Responsibilities
Safety and Security:
- Monitor pool area for hazards and report incidents.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations.
- Respond to emergencies and provide first aid/CPR if needed.
Cleanliness and Maintenance:
- Clean and maintain pool deck, furniture, and surrounding areas.
- Test and balance pool water chemistry.
- Perform routine pool maintenance tasks (e.g., skim, vacuum, and backwash).
- Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
Customer Service:
- Greet and assist guests with pool-related inquiries.
- Provide towels, sunscreen, and other amenities.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns.
Operations:
- Open and close pool area, ensuring proper setup and cleanup.
- Monitor pool capacity and enforce occupancy limits.
- Coordinate pool events and activities.
- Maintain accurate records (e.g., pool chemical logs, incident reports).
