This is a full-time Account Manager role at Arravo located in Lagos.
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Daily tasks include communicating with clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in account management or sales
Ability to understand client needs and build strong relationships
Knowledge of ICT solutions and technology products
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience in the IT industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
