Responsibilities

• Experience or good knowledge ofnail services including manicures, pedicures, nail art, gel, acrylic or professional makeup services for different occassions.


• Stay updated on current trends and advise clients on suitable styles and colors for nails and makeup.


• Build lasting relationships with clients by providing a welcoming and attentive experience.


• Address any client concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction and retention.


• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sanitizing tools and equipment after each client.


• Comply with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.


• Educate clients on aftercare and maintenance practices for both nails and makeup.


• Promote and sell salon products and services to clients, such as nail care kits, makeup items, and skincare products.


• Keep track of inventory levels for tools, products, and supplies; alert management of low stock.


• Keep abreast of industry advancements, new techniques, and popular trends in nail and makeup services.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 2 - 5 years work experience.
