Job Purpose




  • Cordros Asset Management Limited needs someone who will work to improve the organization’s market position in the South-South region, improve brand visibility and acceptance, build key customer relationships, negotiate and close business deals, and work with internal/external partners to increase growth and maximize revenue for the region. 



Responsibilities




  • Drive AUM growth and profitability by leveraging existing relationships and building new ones.

  • Consistently demonstrating a clear understanding of client issues, and deploying innovative solutions to meet identified challenges.

  • Responsible for strategic account acquisition and management of relationships with HNI’s that have sufficient reach to provide business development results for the business.

  • Promote Cordros products and services offered to the Retail, HNI & UHNI market.

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews to analyze financial data and provide recommendations for modifications based on client’s risk tolerance, goals, objectives and individual preferences.

  • Identify and solicit new clients within the target market.

  • Implement strategies for acquiring new clients within the target market.

  • Participate in promotional activities to drive brand visibility and acceptance.

  • Represent the company in strategic events and partnerships that positions it competitively and enhances its corporate profile/value.



Job Requirements

Education:




  • At least a relevant Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Administration or similar or other relevant tertiary qualifications.

  • A Second Degree and/or Completion of Relevant Professional Certification will be an added advantage



Experience:




  •  Minimum of  3 years working experience in relationship management, investment management and business development experience.



Key Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge:

The incumbent must have proficiency knowledge in the following areas:




  • Strategic thinking  

  • Comprehensive knowledge of domestic and international banking products/services and procedures, treasury structures, equity markets, mutual funds, fiduciary services and other personal investment services  



Skills:

The incumbent must demonstrate the following skills:




  • Ability to formulate and manage a successful prospecting leads program in order to meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets.

  • Staff within the business/group



External:




  • Clients



Work Cycle: Hours/Days the incumbent is required to work




  • Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm)

  • A flexible working schedule is also available i.e remote work
