Requirements
Candidates should posses a Bachelors Degree in any relevant field
Proven experience as a Bakery Supervisor or similar role.
Good experience in a confectionery business.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and recipes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
