Job Summary

As our architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction and decoration of building interiors and exteriors. This role requires expertise in architectural design, space planning, and interior aesthetics to ensure that functional and visually appealing spaces are created, meeting both the client's needs and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of Architectural drawings between the Designer and different sites


• Working on drawing details and meeting client requirements and desires through regular meetings and conferences.


• Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (CAD), and hand-drawing skills


• Performs research and maintains a working knowledge of trends and new developments in the interior design and architecture worlds.


• Assist in developing and/or coordinating the development of detailed working drawings and specifications after approval for the project has been obtained.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.


• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural and interior design projects.


• Must be able to use (Auto-CAD and 3D max)

Salary

650,000 – 800,000
