Job Summary
- Reporting to the MD, the purpose of this position is the implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency, drive business growth, and support strategic decision-making for the BU.
Other Responsibilities
Data Strategy & Management
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business intelligence strategy aligned with company goals.
- Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of data to ensure data integrity and security.
- Manage data governance and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Business Intelligence & Analytics:
- Utilize BI tools to create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights.
- Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
Process Improvement & Transformation
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Drive digital transformation projects to modernize and optimize business processes.
Employee Engagement & Performance Management
- Manages to the optimal level Employee Engagement & establishing Performance Management standards.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with senior leadership to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders.
- Foster a data-driven culture within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Data Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Manufacturing/FMCG experience preferred.
