Responsibilities

Vendor Onboarding:




  • Identify Potential Vendors: Search for and approach potential vendors who sell relevant products for the marketplace.

  • Pitch Platform Benefits: Explain the advantages of joining the marketplace, including increased visibility, customer reach, and sales potential.

  • Sign-Up Assistance: Guide vendors through the account creation and onboarding process.

  • Contract Facilitation: Ensure vendors complete any required agreements or documentation.



Product Listing Support:




  • Product Upload: Help vendors list their products, ensuring accurate details such as descriptions, prices, and images.

  • Quality Control: Verify that all uploaded products meet the platform's standards and guidelines.

  • Troubleshooting: Assist vendors in resolving any technical issues related to listing their products.



Marketing Training for Vendors:




  • Educate on Best Practices: Teach vendors how to optimize their product listings with better descriptions, keywords, and images.

  • Promotional Strategies: Train vendors on running promotions, discounts, and offers to attract customers.

  • Social Media Guidance: Show vendors how to leverage social media and digital marketing to drive traffic to their products.



Delivery Company Onboarding:




  • Identify Delivery Partners: Search for and recruit local and regional delivery companies to join the platform.

  • System Integration: Help delivery companies integrate their services into the platform, including tracking and payment options.

  • Performance Monitoring: Ensure delivery partners meet the marketplace’s standards for speed and reliability.



Vendor and Delivery Partner Relationship Management




  • Build Relationships: Maintain a good rapport with onboarded vendors and delivery companies.

  • Feedback Collection: Gather and report feedback from vendors and delivery companies to improve platform operations.

  • Support Services: Serve as a point of contact for questions, concerns, and ongoing support.



Reporting and Updates:




  • Track Onboarding Progress: Regularly update management on the status of onboarded vendors and delivery companies.

  • Data Collection: Collect data on vendor performance and delivery company efficiency to guide improvements.

  • Market Insights: Share observations on competitors, market trends, and customer demands to refine strategies.
