Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the prototype assembly of transmission and telecom towers, substation structures, and other relevant structures.


• Analyze GA drawings in AutoCAD and assess engineering parameters for various structural types.


• Coordinate with Planning and Fabrication departments to resolve material, BOM, and fabrication requirements.


• Perform client inspections, address deviations, and ensure structural adherence to specifications.


• Lead team training in assembly, dismantling, and safe usage of equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering.


• 5-8years of hands-on experience in structural assembly/erection, preferably in telecom or transmission towers.


• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of safety standards and the 5S methodology.
