Job Description

• Able to work independently and react quickly to changes, as well as adhere to company calendar deadlines.


• Manage development process from point of conception to finished product.


• Work with Design Team members to coordinate your styles per project for design synchronicity among all categories.


• Create CAD art for technical sketches, fabric developments, and trim developments


• Create and maintain graded measurement spec sheets.


• Create, update and maintain garment tech packs, fabric & trim tech packs in a timely manner.


• Conduct fittings, analyze garment construction and devise solutions to carry out desired fits and designs.


• Evaluate and measure product samples and provide clear sample comments with regard to technical details, quality, construction and fit.


• Effectively communicate comments and revisions to sample makers, import and domestic vendors.


• Ensure designer’s concepts are met while maintaining quality and consistency of garments


• Maintain all charts & reports related to product development process.


• Complete and provide tech packs and spec sheets (BOM) to factory for accurate pricing.


• Communicate daily with overseas offices and factories, with updated spec sheets, BOM, and tech packs accordingly for all pre-production styles on order.


• Develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with design, tech, and production in regards to changes / discrepancies / approvals etc.


• Perform any other task assigned.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND qualification with 4 - 5 years work experience.

Salary

N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
