Job Description

To grow a sustainable BCB’s MFB/NBFI portfolio and contribute to the financial inclusion strategy of the Bank as well as manage the different Intervention Funds available to BCB Clients e.g. LSEFT, Impact Credit Guarantee, BDCs, DBN, etc.

• Create client specific products that ensure compliance with the Central Bank's prudential guidelines


•  Create process documents that ensure the smooth running of operational procedures associated with MFBs/NBFIs.


• Develop overall strategy for BCB’s MFB/NBFI, assets, liabilities and sales growth


• Provide support and supervision to the Branch Network/Enterprise Banking/Commercial Banking in their bid to convert sales leads and harness the business opportunities created thereby.

Liaise with USAID, LSETF, Foundations and other organizations associated with Financial Inclusion, in their bid to collaborate with Stanbic IBTC Bank to drive impact investing and provide financial services to the underbanked and unbanked demography.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelors' degree


• Familiarity with CBN’s Regulatory policies for MFBs, Bureau de Change, Finance Companies, Money Market Operator, International Money Transfer Operators etc.


• Relationship Management Skills
