Job Description
THE PURPOSE
To perform activities such as stocking of operational materials and supplies, inventory control and records, purchasing, and related duties as required.
THE DUTIES
- Receive materials into Store after checking with delivery notes alongside the corresponding Purchase Order (PO).
- Binning of the items and bin cards, updating accordingly as well as system records update.
- Maintain proper record of receipts, issue and balance of all items.
- Issue from the stores, in line with proper authorization, in right quantity and right specification at all time.
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
- Prevent unauthorized person entry into the stores.
- Periodic comparison of bin cards’ balances with physical quantities in the bin.
- Ensure proper stocking of materials by using appropriate method of care and preservation to avoid any damage.

- Have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Be able to pay attention to details and accuracy.
- Have excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Be able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATION
- 5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English in not more than 2 sitting/NABTEB/ Trade test.
EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 years cognate experience in FMCG.
