Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Validate of claims sent in by providers.
- Coordinate pre-employment from clients.
- Work hand in hand with the medical team for tariff negotiation.
- Liase with medical service providers to ensure prompt delivery of care to clients to avert service failure.
- Work hand in hand with the call center executive to ensure authorizations are given in line with diagnosis.
- Ensure proper case management of all admissions to ensure adequate cost effective treatment for diagnosis.
- Ensure client engagement sessions through provision of periodic health talks.
- Facilitate activities at the wellness hub.
- Ensure prompt resolution of client complaints.
- Ensure weekly/monthly departmental reports are sent in as at when due.
- Working with the medical team for the success of medical outreaches and medical checks
- Responsible for claims Audit.
- And all other duties assigned my your manager
Qualification and Experience
- OND in any discipline.
- 1 year work experience is required.
