• We are actively recruiting for a Project Manager to join our vibrant team.

Summary of Responsibilities

• The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of various projects for our clients.


• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Architects, Product Designers, Growth and Sales, to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Detailed Listing of Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business goals.


• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with clients and internal teams.


• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against established milestones.


• Allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project success.


• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.


• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or inquiries.


• Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.


• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.


• Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards.


• Continuously evaluate project performance and implement process improvements as necessary.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized tertiary institution.


• Proven experience (minimum of 3 years) in project management, preferably in a consulting firm.


• A PMP certification or any other recognized project management certification is an added advantage.


• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana) or equivalent is a plus.


• Ability to travel as needed.
